MiniApps is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, with these additions:

• Your content. You own the prompts you write and the apps built from them. Don't ask MiniApps to build anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• AI output. Generated apps are produced by AI models and may contain mistakes. Don't rely on them for medical, financial, legal or safety-critical decisions.
• Subscriptions and credits. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple account settings. Credits are consumed by builds and edits, never expire, have no cash value, and failed builds are refunded.
• Fair use. We may limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service (automated or excessive use).
